NEW ZEALAND.

Wellington, April 30. His Excellency the Governor has sent to Mr Seddon a message requesting his attendance at Government House on Monday afternoon. This, it is believed, is with a view of reconstructing the Cabinet. It is freely mentioned in town that Mr Seddon will recommend that Sir Patrick Buckley should be appointed Premier, and Mr Ward as Colonial Treasurer, the other portfolios remaining as at present. It is also mentioned that should Sir Robert Stout be returned for one of the vacant seats he will take the head of the Government. It is believed that the death of the Premier will delay the meeting of Parliament a fortnight!.
