Resignation of the Victorian Ministry.
Melboubne, Novembe 1, The Ministry has resigned, and Mr Munro, the leader of the Opposition, has been summoned to form a new Government. Thirty- six members who voted with the late Government have resolved to form a united Opposition party under the leadership of Messrs Gillies and Deakin.
