QUEEN'S BIRTHDAY.
May 24th, 1890. The following arrangements are made for tier Majesty's Birthday, May 24th, 1890. The Postal Branoh will observe a close h6'.iday. On Friday evening the 23rd inst., all receivers and posting boxes will be cleared. Mails usuall despatched on Saturday will be closed on Friday night at 7 p.m. This wi'.l also apply to ship's mails. A delivery of town letters will be made over the oounter on Friday between 7 and 8 p.m.
