The monthly meeting of the above Board was held pn Satnrdiy lauS. Present— All the members, Mr £. Bast in the chair.—. Resolved, Thefc Ihe members for Stoke aabf district, with the Oyeraeor, vieit the road referred to by Mr MowdeD, end report thereon to next maeting.— Resolved, That gorsa nocioss be pent to Mr P. Trasfc and Mr Ohae. Wong Lee? alep that any parson removing Bind from the Qaarßntise Eoad without the Bo*.rd'B permiaaion will be proseonted.-— Ra« solved, That tenders be culled for clearing gorße-on Fields road.
