Meeting, Gheistohubch, July 26. There is glorious weather for the Granc National meeting, and the attendance is the best on record. Hunters' Hurdles of 75 sovs, two miles, eight flights. — Mr G. McOlure's Ivanhoe 1 j Mr H. G. Pitt's Squib 2 ; Mr Duff's Rex 3. Maligner, Doubtful, Little Arthur, Hollywood, Tramp. All Fours, Bachelor, and Swamp Hen also ran. Won by five lengths. Time, 4mins 15seos. Dividend, £3 5s 6d. Grand National. — Chemist, 1 ; Dady Long Legs, 2 ; Waitangi, 3 ; Ahua, 4. Orange, man, Presto, Monteagh, and Panio also ran. Time, 9mins 12secs. Dividends : Inside, £8 2s ; outside, £9 18s. Ladies Bracelet.— -Won by Mr Clifford's St. Nalo.
