The Oharlea Edward arrived from West Coast ports this afternoon, and Bailed by the same tide for Pioton and Wellington. The Kennedy leaves Wanganui this evening forWestport. Her oapaoity is about 2500 tonß, .and she ia intended for the intercolonial produce trade and transport of coal from Westport to Port Pirie. I
