Passenger : MiBB Mobs. —. steamer Lady Barkly, 40, Walker, for Golden Bay. — steamer Waitapu, 40, Westrupp, for Motueka. — Bteamer Elsie, 14, Tioney, for Biwafea.
The Charleß Edward is detained at Westport by the short supply o! coal. She leaves there this evening, will anive here cm morrow afternoon, and proceed to Pioton and Wellington by the same tide at 5 p.m. The Kennedy arrived from West Coast ports at noon to-day, and saila at 5 p.m. for Wanganui. The Murray arrived from Wellington early (his morning, and sailed at 1 p.m. for Greymouth direct. The Waveriey arrived at Patea from Wellington this morning, and returbs to Wellington to-morrow morning. The Aorere reaohed Hokitika thia morning from Greymouth. The Hokitika bar continues to be very dangerous. The Rotorua leaves Wellington at 6 o'clook to-morrow morning for Nelson direot, will arrive in the afternoon, and sail by tbe same tide at 6 p.m. for Picton, Wellington, and Lyttelton. The Mahinapua leaves Wellington at 5 p.m. to-day, will* arrive here to-morrow morning, and aail at 3 p.m. for Westport, The Mawhera reaohed Wellington at 10 ».m. to-day, and leaves for Lyttelton. this Afternoon. The Koranui arrived from Wellington this morning, and sailed by the same tide at 620 a.m. for Greymouth. The Takapuna leaves Wellington at 1 p.m. to.morrow, will arrive here on Friday morning, and sail at 6 p.m. for Taranaki and Mfcaakan. The Lady Barkly left for Golden Bay thiß morning, and returns here on Friday after* noon. The Sherard OBborne sailed at 9*30 last night to pick up the cable 250 miles away, and will afterwards return here. The barque Auriga arrived at London from Wellington and Nelson on July the 16th.
