DOVEDALE ROAD BOARD.
The Board met on July 17, when all the members were present. , The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. . Mr W. Win reported having received, two tenders for building a bridge over the oreek near Mr Jordan's oottage, Mr Davies £8 18b, Mr Qc. G. Win £5 15b. G. Win's tender was aocepted. It having been reported to the Board that several box oulverts on the Orinoco road and Stanley Brook road were broken' in (one man having met with an accident through one breaking in,) Resolved to get them repaired, also a day's work on the Moutere read to make safe some very bad places there. The Secretary was instructed to give Mr Hodgins notice to trim his hedge, and fail* ing Sis doing so, the Board will get it done at his expense. It being reported that Mr Lammas has not complied with the Board's demand to cut his trees, resolved if he does not do so within, a month from this date, the Board will have it done at his expense. Warrants were signed for £12 ss. The Board then adjourned.
