The Jubilee Municipal gathering, which took plaoo to-night was a brilliant success Five hundred guests were present at tho Mayor's reception, when the Mayor of Sydney delivered an address of welcome to the visitors. The Mayors of the principal cities of all the Colonies, with the exception of Western Australia, were present, and responded to the address In the Assembly to-night the dobato on Sir Henry Parkes' vote of censure is still proceeding.
