The Jubilee Municipal gathering, which took plaoo to-night was a brilliant success Five hundred guests were present at tho Mayor's reception, when the Mayor of Sydney delivered an address of welcome to the visitors. The Mayors of the principal cities of all the Colonies, with the exception of Western Australia, were present, and responded to the address In the Assembly to-night the dobato on Sir Henry Parkes' vote of censure is still proceeding. (Received Ootober 13, at T2O p.ra, Sydney, October 13. The debate on the vote of censure on the Government proposed by Sir Henry Parkes, has been adjourned until to-night. The gueats of the Municipal Jubilee will be taken on a trip round the harbor to-day. The manager of the National Mortgage Agency Company of New Zealand reports as followson the locsl grain market; — Shipping wheat is quiet at 5s 5d ; malting barley no improve meut at 3s 9d to 4s 3d ; New ZcoUud feeding oals steady but not in active demand, 3s Id to 3s 3d ; milling sorts have a moderate enquiry at 3s 4d to 3s 5J ; New Zealand oats in bond are slow of sale at 2s 5d to 2s 7d The Duke o£ Athol is scratched for the Melbourne Cup. The following are the probable starters for the V.R.O. Derby : — Blairgowrie, Bheshan, Democlea, First Consul, Kingfish, Madelina, Frident, Volcano, and Whitebait. Adelaide, October 13.
