This morning's Daily News announces tbat instructions have been forwarded to Sir Henry Drummond Wolff, Special British Commissioner to Egypt, to propose to the Khedive the desirability of fixing the Egyptian frontier at Wady Haifa, on the Nile, and also to suggest that Egyptian troops replace the British forces in Egypt at an early date. Constantinople, March 7. It is expected that owing to the maseing of the Greek troops near the Turkish frontier the Porfce will forward an ultimatum to the King of Greece demanding that the forces be disarmed.
