Adelaide, Saturday. Three men entered the branch of the Commercial Bank of South Australia at Yankalilla, a small township about forty-five miles from this city. . About one o'clock this morning, the burglars attacked the manager whom they rendered insensible by repeated blows. After gagging the manager's wife the robbers abstracted notes to the value of £2,000, there being no gold on the premises. The police have taken the matter up, and a number of black trackers are out searching for the robbers. Sydney, Sunday. The following members of the New South Wales Ministry have been re-elected without opposition : —Mr Copeland Secretary for Lands, and Mr Fletcher Secretary for Mines ; Mr Sutter, Postmaster-General, and Dr Renwick, Minister for Education, are being opposed ih their respective electorates. Melbourne, Sunday. The Cuzco from London arrived this morning. Complete returns of the Victorian elections, show a considerable majority on the Ministerial side. Hobart, This Day. Dr Agnew being unable to form a Ministry bas relinquished the task, and Mr Dodds, the Attorney General in the late Administration, bas been charged with forming a Ministry. (Received March Bth, 12.45 p.m. Melbourne, This Day. At a meeting of the Melbourne Cricket Club, it was resolved to make arrangements for an English cricketing team to visit the colonies next season. It is expected the Victorian Parliament will meet on the 16th March. The members will then simply be sworn in, and the Parliament will be adjourned for two months ih order to give the new Minis .ry a time to prepare the measures.
