London, November 17. It is currently reported to-day that serious differences have arisen iv the Cabinet in regard to the policy tobe pursued in Ireland. Reports state that the majority of the Ministers favor tbe adoption of strong measures of coercion for the repression of tbe prevailing disorder in that country, but that Mr Bright, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, and Mr Chamberlain, President of tbe Board of Trade, nre strongly opposed to such a course and decline to act with their colleagues in the carrying out of coercive measures.
