The Charles Edward leaves for West Coast this afternoon.
The Kenuedy is expected to work Greymouth in and out with this afternoon's tide. The Wallace arrived at Wauganui from Picton early this morning She leaves there this afternoon, and will arrive here tc-morrow morning.
The Taiaroa, after a long stay at Port Chalmers, leaves there for Northern ports to-day. She will arrive here on Saturday. The Waitaki leaves Onehunga to-morrow, Will arrive here on Thursday night, and sail for Picton and Wellington on Friday at 2 p.m.
The Wellington arrived in harbor at 10.30 a.m. to-day. She left Wellington at 4 p.m. yesterday, and reached Picton at 10 30 p.m. ; •ailed at 11 p m , and arrived here as above. The Wellington brings a large batch of cargo, principally transhipments from the Ringarooma. She sails for Picton and Wellington this evening at 11 o'clock, and from the latter port will proceed to Port Chalmers, where she will be placed in the dock and undergo a thorough overhaul. The Wakatu is rapidly approaching completion, and it is expected that steam will be got up on board at the latter end of next week. Her engines are nearly all fitted and are only wailing the arrival of some pipes from Auckland to make them complete. The internal fittings are just about finished, and painters are busily at work putting the last touches to the cabin. Her rigging has been set up, so that after she has been cleaned and painted all over she will be ready to take up her running. We have not yet heard who is to take charge of the Wakatu.
