SAILED.
December 12, ketch Standard, 10, Fletcher, for Marahau. — - ketch Prospect, 21, Westruop, for Waitapu. The Taranaki did not leave Lyttelton until 5 p.m. yesterday, and consequently could not leave Wellington before this afternoon. She will arrive to-morrow, and sail for the North the 3ame day. The Charles Edward left Westport this morniug, will arrive early to-morrow, and sail for Wellington in the afternoon, carrying a supplementary San Francisco mail. The Wellington will arrive to-night, and sail for the South to-morrow at 8 a.in. The Murray was prevented by a strong S.E. gale from leaving Wellington last night. She will leave to-night, arrive to-morrow morning, and sail for West Coast ports at 3 p.m. The Maori left Lyttelton for Nelson at 6 p.m. yesterday, and is advertised to sail for West Coast ports this evening. The Kennedy arrived at Hokitika yesterday, and will sail on the return trip to-mor-row. The Arawata arrived at the Bluff this morning at 4-15 with the Suez mail. Capt. Underwood is hurrying up the coast, as the Arawata left again for Port Chalmers at 8 20 a.m. She is advertised to leave here on Sunday morning. The Wallace left Wanganui for Nelson last evening, and was signalled when we went to press. The, Lady Barkly arrived from Golden Bay this afternoon. The Prospect sailed last evening for Waitapu for a cargo of timber. The Sonthern Cross arrived from the French Pass yesterday afternoon with a load of firewood. The Sisters arrived this morning from Tata Islands with a cargo of limestone. The Ringarooma was advertised to leave Melbourne to-day for New Zea'and.
