Prices f.0.b., for new oats for immediate shipment, are reported at 3. 6d to 3s 9d ; no new wheat is in the market yet. The reports the harvest continues very satisfactory ; flour, £10 10s to £13 10s j bran,§£ 6 ; sharps, £6 10s. ArcKLAND, Thursday. The Auckland Steam Packet Company have given £6,500 for the Go-ahead, half to be paid in Company's sharep. The Company intends to increase its capital and to extend its operations. The Mariner's Store at Kaipara has been turned. Loss, £3000. A store at Wairoa-haa been burced. It belonged to Messratißrown, Campbell, & Co. and was insured for £3,000 in .the New Zealand ofßce. . The Phoebe hasjjsailed for the South. She takes twenty of the Dilharree's immigrants. The City of Melbourne arrived at 8 o'clock to-night, having left. Sydney on the I6th instant. She had a fine pa .sage.
