REGULATIONS. - Every production intended for exhibition must be delivered between the hours of three and six in the afternoon of Tuesday, the 25th November, except cut flowers, designs, and fruit, which must be delivered between the hours of nine and ten on Thursday morning. Every exhibitor must deliver a Hat of his specimens, with his name, to the Committee, who will give bim a number, which he must attach to his specimens. No greater number of articles shall be exhibi- j ted for a prize than required by the list, but any i exhibitor may send several seta for the same j prize, provided they be differeat varieties or Bpeciea. No exhibitor can take the second prize if the first has been awarded to him. Every plant shown in a pot or box must have been so grown for one month previously. Every production (except designs) muat be grown by the exhibitor. The Judges will have the power of withholding prizes from any articles not considered worthy, or reducing the amount of prizes according to the merit of the article, and in all cases the decision of the Judges shall be final.
