NELSON CITY LOAN FOR GAS AND WATERWORKS TENDERS will be received at this Ofßce until MONDAY, the 9th day of June, 1873, for DEBENTURES, with Coupons attached, to the amount of SEVEN THOUSAND POUNDS to be issued under the authority of " The Nelson City Loan Act, 1871." Each Debentare shall be for tha sum of ONE HUNDRED POUNDS, bearing SIX PES CENT. INTEREST, and will be issued in the form, and subject in all respects to- the conditions as to security and payment of interest, provided in the above-named Act. The Debentures will be made, payable in Thibtt Yeabs from the date of issue, with interest at the above-mentioned rate, payable halfyearly at this office. Tenders may be made for one or more Debentures, and must be forwarded under cover, addressed to the Provincial Treasubeb, Nelson, and marked " Tender for Debentures."
