We have been requested to state that owios? to foe postponement of turning the first sod of the Foxhill Railway to Tuesday the 6th proximo, the cases for hearing at Spring Grove on that day will be adjourned to Wednesday the 7th May. Suburbs Election. — The writ for this election was received by the Wellington yesterday, but the days for the nomination and polling have not been decide^ upon. We understand, however, that t&e former will probably take place on Tiursday, the Bth proximo/ And the latter on i the following Monday or Tuesday.
