Letters for insertion in the Evening Mail mnst be -written upon one side of the paper only, and sent to the office bi-fore 12 o'clock noon, or they will not appear in that evening's paper. No notice can he taken ot anonymous communications. Whatever is intended "for insertion in this journal must he authenticated by tha name And address of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith.
