SITTINGS IN BANKRUPTCY
This Dat. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Richmond.] In the matter of the insolvency of James Bentley, Mr Kingdon obtained an order vesting the insolvent's estate in Robert Pollock, Esq., Provisional Trustee in Bankruptcy. Mr Kiugdou obtained an order, appointing the Colonist newspaper a Gazette for the purposes of the Bankruptcy Act for the district of !N"eI?on Province as far as the boundary of the Westport distrier. Charles Matthews, a debtor in gaol, Was, on the affidavit of Henry Clouston, ordered to be discharged.
