Letters for insertion in the Evening Mail must be written upon one side only, and sent to the office before 1_ o'clock noon, or they will not appear in that evening's publication. No notice can he taken of anonymous communications. Whatever is intended for insertion in rliis journal must be authenticated by the name suid address ofthe writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of stood faith.
