UPON READING the Motion of MR A. G. ‘VAN ASCH the Solicitor for the Plaintiffs and the affidavit of GEORGE ALEXANDER McALPINE of Rangiora Timber Merchant sworn the 17th day of August 1937 and filed in support thereof IT IS ORDERED that service on the abovenamed defendant of the summons in this action may be effected by serving the duplicate thereof together with a copy of the statement of claim and a duplicate of this Order on May Phillippa Wilson the wife of the Defendant at 16 King Street, Timaru, provided that such service shall be effected at least fourteen days before-the 15th day of September 1937 and also by advertising a duplicate of the statement of claim and a duplicate of this Order once each in the Christchurch Press Newspaper and The North Canterbury Gazette Newspaper prior to the Ist day of September 1937 AND IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that this action shall be set down for hearing at the Magistrate’s Court House in Rangiora at 10.30 in the forenoon on Wednesday the 15th day of September 1937.
