First To Complete 300th Berlin Lift
LONDON, Thu. (1 p.m.)—Reuters Berlin correspondent says the New Zealander, Navigator John Eric Airkin, of Balclutha, is the first Dakota aircrew member to complete 300 trips to the Berlin airlift.
