LONDON, Thu. (1 p.m:).—The wool sales were continued today, with an offering of 24.(322 bales, of which 23,254 were sold* The catalogue included 10.095 bales from New Zealand and 9993 from Australia. Competition was generally strong, with the Home trade the chief buyers. Prices, except for long blanket slipes, ruled firm. The demand for New Zealand greasy crossbreds was a feature of the sale, and prices were up to five per cent dearer than last week.
