Eisler Bail Bond Forfeited
WASHINGTON, Tue. (10 a.m.) A $20,000 bond for Gerhard Eisler was forfeited in the District Court today. • The bond was posted by Mr George Marshall, an official of the Left-Wing Civil Rights Congress, who was not represented in court. Judge James Morris also signed an order denying Eisler the privilege of posting further bail when he returned to the United States.
