Trouble Flares Up In Tripolitans
•TRIPOLI, Tue. (11 a.m.)—All Arab officials deserted their posts and new mass demonstrations flared up in Tripolitania today, reports Reuters correspondent. The Arabs were acting in accordance with the civil disobedience policy proclaimed by their leaders against the Bevin-Sforza agreement, which would transfer Tripolitania from British to Italian trusteeship-lnlfiSl: ' British troops stood by ■ as fresh large-scale demonstrations were 3taged. They took place in towns and provinces all over Tripolitania, where tribesmen threatened to resort to arms against the return of the Italians.
