Draft Ot Atlantic Pact Completed
LONDON, Sun. (1 p.m.)—The draft Atlantic Pact of Mutual Assistance which the permanent commission in London of the Brussels Pact powers has completed, has been sent to Washington and Ottawa, according to newspaper diplomatic correspondents. It is expected that at the sevenpower conference this week in either Washington or Ottawa, agreement will be reached on the final text, which will then be referred to the Governments concerned.
