DONATION
AUCKLAND. The Auckland - Transport Board «decided yesterday to make § donation of £250 to the fund to enable the Auckland University College Council to purchase Hotel Stonehurst in Symonds Street. A sum of £25,000 is being sought by the college council, which intends to convert the hotel into a hostel for students.
