GREYMOUTiH.—Butchers’ shops thjroughoat the West Coast will reopen tomorrow, after a two-day suspension of business in the retail meat trade in the province.
The decision to suspend the “closure” was made meeting ot the W^PPCoast MasterButchers’ Association yesterday afternoon. At the conclusion of the meeting the following official statement was issued:
“In response to the request of the Master Butchers’ Federation. Wellington, fchich assured the West Coast butchers that the Price Tribunal was urgently working out a formula that would be satisfactory to the botchers of the West Coast, the butchers have decided to reopen their shops on Wednesday morning.” * * »
