Secondary Schools Boards' Conference
DUNEDIN, Wed. (P.A.)—-Almost 50 delegates attended the opening function of the two-day session of the New Zealand Secondary School Boards Association's biennial conference.
Officers of the Department of Education are attending to discuss departmental policy and answer questions.
The conference will consider 41 remits sponsored by boards throughout New Zealand. These deal with the administration of schools and other items such as finance, subsidies, buildings and staffing.
