FIREMEN
WELLINGTON. After a discussion last night between officers of the Eastßourne Fire Brigade and the Eastbourne Borough Council, the members of the brigade withdrew their resignations.' The Mayor (Mr E. W. Wise) said the council had decided to set up a fire prevention committee to' cooperate with the brigade.— (P.A.).
