Murder Charge
WANGANUI. Mon. (P.A.)—Agnes, Hopi. or Paranihi. a 19-year-old Maori domestic, was charged before Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M.. this morning with the rivclgr* of a female child at Taihape on or about April 5. On the application of the police, she was remanded to appear at Wellington on Friday. The police stated that it was proposed to hold the preliminary hearing at Wanganui on May 4.
