LONDON.—Four hundred BMA delegates, representing doctors from all parts of Britain, unanimously agreed that the BMA would not participate in the nationalised health service unless the Health Minister (Mr Aneurin Bevan) agrees to some changes. They decided to establish a fund to. help doctors who will lose ncome derived from the present system of health insurance when the new health service starts in the summer.—(ll a.m.) * • »
