LONDON—The directors of the New Zealand and Australian Land Company recommend a reduction of the company’s capital by £500,100 by returning 5/- in the £ of the £2,000,000 ordinary stock. The company in 1947 repaid £1,000,000 of 4 percent cumulative preference stock.
