QUASHED
LONfoON. ’ffhe Appeal Court quashed the sentence of 12 months’ imprisonment and a fine of £SOO imposed on the Labour M.P. for Stei.ce Newington, David ’Weitzman. He wa s charged with conspiring with others to contravene the orders for control and limitation of supply of toilet preparations.
