(10 a.m.).—A proposed treaty of commerce and navigation between the United States and New Zealand, a convention on the question of double taxation, and the operation of the Fulbright educational exchange programme are among the subjects being discussed by the New Zealand Finance Minister (Mr Nash) in interviews with State department officials here today.
