Agreement Approved
LONDON, Mon. (10 a.m.)—Cabinet approved the agreement between Britain, France and the Benelux countries, initialled at Brussels last week. Mr Ernest Bevin flies to Brussels on March 16 or 17, probably with the French Foreign Minister (M.
