Want Guatemala To Break With Britain
GUATEMALA CITY, Fri. (2 p.m.). —he Foreign Affairs Committee at Guatemala City today presented a draft resolution to Congress urging that the Government be asked to study the possibility of breaking diplomatic relations with England.” The committee recommended also that the Govenment take unspecified steps for the ‘rrecovery of the national territory of Belize (British Honduras).”
Congress began an immediate debate on the measure.
