SUMMONSES
AUCKLAND— Summonses have been served on two more Auckland building firms. Each is charged with paying an increase of lid an hour in the basic rate of remuneration of a carpenter.' The firms are F. G. Rose and Sons, Ltd., Dilworth Buildings, and R. Savory, Ltd., Wilkinson Roadf| Eflerslie. Two other firms were served with summonses earlier this week and informations against another two have been filed. The hearings in the Magistrate’s Court have been set down for next Friday.— (Sp.)
