BOULDERS
NAPIER,—Three huge boulders, the largest of which weighed about two tons, came to rest within a few feet of a house in Battery Road, Port Ahuriri, when a slip, estimated at 150 tons, roared down the face of a perpendicular cliff. The occupants of the house helplessly while the slip .fell 40ft and piled debris against the back of the building. A large part of the cliff face still hangs ominously above the house.—(Sp.)
