Whangarei Rowers For Ngaruawahia Regatta
Four crews from the Whangarei Rowing Club are competing in the Ngaruawahia regatta next Saturday. They are: Maiden fours (open): J. Pevats (stroke), O. Topia, S. McCabe, E. Budd. Light maidens: J. Redmond (stroke), G. Uffindall, D. Bowers, R. Jenkins. Youths’ fours: H. Simpkin (stroke), F. Fisher, E. Dunn, W. Parker.
Maiden pair oar: J. Pevats, O. Topia. Mr H. Hannam, one of the club coaches, will be coxswain.
