NEW YORK. Wed. (1 p.m.).— The Cleveland Plain Dealer, in an editorial note, which says that the New Zealand Government may permit division chiefs to order psychiatric examinations of bureacrats whose conduct is displeasing. adds: “Those found suffering from acute bureaucracy may be promoted.”
