Another Balkan Minister Resigns
LONDON, Tue. (11 a.rn.;. —The Hungarian Minister to London (Stephen Bede) has resigned. A Hungarian spokesman said he understood Bede, who is a member of the Hungarian Social Democrat Party, disagreed with his party’s recent decision to merge with the Communists
The Bulgarian Parliament has published a decree depriving Professors, Nicola Dolaptchieff and Vassil Yurulcov, former envoys -in London and Brussels, of Bulgarian nationality. Dolaptchieff resigned his London post two days ago as a protest against the Government’s policy.
