Steel Industry Attains Target
LONDON, Thu. (1.30 p.m.). The British Ron and Steel Federation announced that the steel industry reached its 1947 target of 12,500,000 tons in the 52 weeks ended December '27.
In the full 53-week year ended January' 3, 1943 production totalled 12,724,000 tons'
