: WASHINGTON: Senator Ralph, Flanders (R —Vermont) stated on Sunday that a bill which he was drafting giving authority to ration meat if necessary iprobably would provide a ration of ljalb a head a year, compared with current consumption of 1571 b. i> He was considering .proposing S half ration for children and no meat for‘infants. He hopes to introduce the biU in the Senate, on Wednesday.
