Tito Sacks Seven, Appoints Ten
BELGRADE, Thu. (1.30 p.m.(—Marshal Tito, as part of the plan to further the economic reconstruction of Yugoslavia, dismissed seven cabinet ministers and appointed 10 new ministers. The additional ministries divide functions previously combined like agriculture and forestry.
