Land For Long-Range Weapon Establishments

MELBOURNE, Fri. (10.30 a.m.) The Commonwealth Government has acquired authority to enter upon and use either state or privatelv-held land for the setting up of long-range weapon establishments. The Minister of Munitions (Senator Armstrong) said that the new powers were acquired following the issue of special amendments to the National Security Regulations governing munitions.

Compensation claims will be determined either in agreement with the Crown or by a court of competent jurisdiction.
