PROTEST
HOBART.—The protest brought by the cutter Christina against the Morna. winner of the scraich division of the Syiney - Hobart yacht rate, ended surprisingly with the disqualification of the Christina, after an examination by the sailing committee of the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania. After deliberating for eight hours the committee found in favour of the Morna. ■ The protest was a sequel to a collision in Sydney Harbour at the start of-ihe race. The decision means that the provisional placings will stand. — (1 p.m.) * * *
