Cancel Boys' H.S. Trip To Auckland
To avoid the possibility of spreading infantile paralysis infection the Whangarei Boys’ High School has decided to cancel the annual trip to Auckland by boys of the engineering and carpentry classes. This trip is arranged every year to give the boys some idea of the conditions of employment in secondary industries and factory methods in the city. The boys were to have left home on Monday morning by train.
