LIME
TEKUITL—A scheme for bulk distribution of lime, dispensing with the use of sacks, and providing for the construction of lime silos at strategic railway stations, was urged by Mr C. S. Brook at a meeting of the Chamber of Commerce. Automatic loading into special trucks for transport to. the silos, automatiy discharge into motortrucks from which it would be fed directly into top-dress-ers, were suggested.
The proposal was referred to the Department of Agriculture for investigation. * » •
